​University Theatre

We designed two alternative schemes for a new theater on a prominent site along Whitney Avenue, the major vehicular artery connecting Quinnipiac University to downtown Hamden and New Haven. The building would house a 350-seat proscenium stage, overhead fly space, orchestra pit, dressing rooms, green room, rehearsal rooms, scene shop, costume and prop shops, lobby, and refreshment bar.
