The hotel will feature a new restaurant and bar, spa with garden, 5,000-square-foot exterior courtyard, 3,360-square-foot event lawn, private dining room, meeting rooms, library, gym, and an underground parking garage. Guest rooms will be located on second and third floors, with views looking onto the courtyard and gardens below.

Located within the Bellevue Gardens Plaza, its design takes cues from a stone villa previously located on the site and occupied by James Gordon Bennett Jr., who commissioned the Newport Casino during his time there. The design integrates existing retail and adds new street trees to the current shopping destination’s site.
