Woodbury Technical Center

Centerbrook transformed a former corporate office building into a 65,000-square-foot research facility for Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, creating one of New York State's largest genome research centers. The project brought together bioinformatics, cancer research, genome sequencing, and plant genomics under one roof to support collaboration among scientists.

In addition to highly specialized laboratories, the facility includes conference space, a library, an auditorium, dining commons, and administrative offices, creating a complete environment for research, education, and scientific exchange.
