St. Luke’s School wanted to reinvigorate their existing Dining Commons to create lively student gathering spaces. The first project to be completed from a master plan by Centerbrook, the renovations reimagine it’s Dining Commons, Student Commons, and Fireplace Commons as three unique locations. The Dining Commons will be home to a new dining venue and feature a dramatic window wall framing views of a practice field and the woods and lake beyond. New furniture includes built-in benches that create nooks, define space, and maximize seating. The expanded Student Commons, along with new furniture and fixtures in the Fireplace Commons, transform the student hub for individual study, group gatherings, and special events. Construction is slated for completion for the start of 2025-2026 school year.
