Pondside Housing

Designed to house 120 students, Pondside II extends Keene State College's residential campus while respecting the scale of the surrounding neighborhood. The apartment-style residences are organized into four-bedroom suites with shared living spaces, creating an independent residential experience within walking distance of the campus core.
