Ledges Residence Hall

Designed to house 406 students, The Ledges Residence Hall is built into a wooded hillside, extending Quinnipiac University's residential village while responding to the site's topography. Four-student suites are complemented by study lounges, social spaces, and bay-window seating that provide places for gathering and quiet retreat.

House-scaled entrance pavilions and landscaped courtyards break the residence hall into a series of smaller neighborhoods, while a timber-framed gazebo at a major pedestrian crossroads creates a sheltered gathering place at the heart of the residential community.
